A typical day at IWG includes:
- Arriving early to prepare the center and assist customers
- Handling customer requests such as WiFi codes, directions, and setup assistance
- Ensuring services are properly charged and invoices are accurate
- Sorting and responding to mail
- Helping customers with printing and invoicing
- Assisting with networking events and managing customer expectations
- Wrapping up the day and assisting customers with post-work activities
About You
- Knows how to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
- Good communicator with strong relationship-building and empathy skills (1+ years of customer service experience preferred)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Confident in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
