The opportunity
You work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, helping to create and maintain a community within your center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for customers
- Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
- Helping customers with tasks such as changing WiFi codes, setting up meeting rooms, and printing documents
- Managing customer requests and providing assistance during breaks
- Planning and organizing networking events
- Putting up posters and distributing e-invites
- Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
- Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A good communicator with strong relationship-building and empathy skills (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
