The opportunity
You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. You’ll assist with administrative and support needs, ensuring that all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
A typical day involves:
- Arriving early to prepare the center and address customer needs.
- Handling various customer requests, such as changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and assisting with printing and invoices.
- Managing customer mail and keeping track of packages.
- Planning and organizing networking events, creating and printing invitations, and setting up posters.
- Directing customers to nearby restaurants and ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day.
About you
- Able to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ needs.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Likely to have 1+ years of customer service experience.
