The opportunity

You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of administrative and support needs for your customers
  • Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
  • Helping customers with various requests such as printing, setting up projectors, and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining and organizing the center for events and networking
  • Communicating with the Community Manager to plan and execute events
  • Managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience

About You

  • Knowledgeable in managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Likely to have 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
