The opportunity
You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking care of administrative and support needs for your customers
- Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
- Helping customers with various requests such as printing, setting up projectors, and arranging meetings
- Maintaining and organizing the center for events and networking
- Communicating with the Community Manager to plan and execute events
- Managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience
About You
- Knowledgeable in managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
- Able to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Likely to have 1+ years of customer service experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
