Part-Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for customers, allowing them to focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations, ensuring everything is ready for customers.
• Assist customers with requests such as Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors).
• Handle incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate services or resources.
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for all services provided.
• Sort and distribute mail while addressing customer inquiries.
• Address facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control) by submitting service tickets.
• Organize and promote networking events, including creating invitations and posters.
• Engage with prospects to showcase the workspace and encourage membership.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment, including closing procedures at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (1+ years of customer service experience preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
