As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that your customers can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the center for opening, ensuring everything is ready and checking for any issues missed by cleaners
• Greet and assist customers throughout the day with various requests (Wi-Fi codes, package handling, meeting room directions, projector setup, coffee service)
• Manage incoming calls and connect them to appropriate customers
• Ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing
• Sort and distribute mail, and follow up with customers on package notifications
• Assist customers with printing, invoicing, and facility issues (e.g., temperature control via service portal)
• Plan and organize center networking events, including creating e-invites, posters, and noticeboard displays
• Conduct tours for prospects and promote the community and upcoming events
• Manage meeting room schedules and ensure timely wrap-up at end of day
• Maintain center tidiness and readiness for next business day
