Part-Time Community Associate

The opportunity

You’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the center is ready before opening
• Handling customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, providing directions, setting up projectors, and assisting with printing and invoices
• Managing customer mail and ensuring proper billing
• Organizing and promoting networking events
• Directing customers to nearby restaurants after meetings
• Ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day

About You

• Knowledgeable in managing multiple tasks
• Able to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships
• Skilled in problem-solving and adapting to fast-changing situations
• Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
