Part-Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations, ensuring everything is ready for customers.
• Assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors).
• Handle incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate services or resources.
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for services provided.
• Sort and distribute mail while addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility-related issues (e.g., temperature control).
• Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites and posters.
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of joining the IWG community.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming workspace at the beginning and end of each day.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience building professional relationships (1+ years of customer service experience preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
