Part-Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the center is ready before opening and check that cleaning standards are met.
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi code changes, package inquiries, directions, meeting‑room setup, projector assistance, and coffee recommendations.
• Connect incoming calls to the appropriate customer.
• Verify that services are properly charged for accurate invoicing.
• Sort incoming mail and notify customers of received packages.
• Help customers with printing and invoice questions.
• Address comfort issues (e.g., temperature) by opening service‑portal tickets.
• Organize weekly networking events: create e‑invites, design and post posters, liaise with City Manager.
• Engage prospects, share center highlights, and encourage them to join the network.
• Guide groups to wrap up meetings and direct them to nearby restaurants for continued discussion.
• Maintain a tidy workspace at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
• Ideally 1+ years of customer‑service experience.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
