We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Part Time Community Associate Hours per Week: 20 Work Location - On-Site (Not a Remote Position): 1 W Winter St. Suite 200 43015 Delaware Ohio - Intro paragraph about IWG etc. - "The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business." - "A typical day at IWG" then a long description of duties. - "About You" bullet list: We’re looking for someone who knows how to manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service. You also need to be: A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience) Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old - "What We Offer" list: On top of a competitive total compensation package, you’ll enjoy: Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends) Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation) 11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual) Competitive 401K Program, with a Company match Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well) A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $18.76 A bright and inspiring work environment Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities A professional workplace community (business casual attire required) - Then EEO boilerplate (remove). We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be the intro paragraph describing role and opportunity. Probably yes. - Responsibilities: The "A typical day at IWG" description details duties. Could be responsibilities. - Requirements: The "About You" list includes requirements: good communicator, 1+ years customer service experience, ownership, positive, adaptable, MS Office, legally eligible, 18+. That's requirements. - Qualifications: Might overlap with requirements; but we could treat qualifications as maybe education? Not present. Could skip if no specific qualifications beyond requirements. The instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So if qualifications not distinct, we may omit. - Skills: Could be MS Office, communication, etc. But those are also in requirements. Might be redundant. Could combine into Skills section if we want. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can put skills under Requirements or separate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine requirements and skills into one? But we have headings list; we can choose to include only those with substantive content. Could include Requirements and Skills separately if each has content. Let's see: Skills: MS Office, communication, relationship building, problem solving, adaptability. That's substantive. Requirements: legally eligible, 18+, maybe experience. Could separate. But we need to avoid duplication. Could put experience and eligibility under Requirements, and communication/MS Office etc under Skills. That seems reasonable. - Benefits: The "What We Offer" list includes many benefits: work life balance, PTO, holidays, 401K, health care, quarterly bonus, hourly rate $18.76, bright environment, training, professional workplace community. That's benefits. - Pay: The hourly rate $18.76 is mentioned under benefits; but we could also have a Pay section with that rate. However the instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Pay is stated: hourly rate $18.76. So we can have Pay section with that. Benefits section can include other benefits excluding pay. - Schedule: Hours per Week: 20, On-Site. So schedule: part-time 20 hours per week, on-site. So we can have Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's craft. About the role: combine intro paragraph and opportunity description. Paragraph: "The world of work is changing…short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want… in over 120 countries across the globe! Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way." Then opportunity: "As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business." We can combine into one

    or two. Use

for prose. Responsibilities: The "A typical day at IWG" description. Could be turned into a list of duties? It's a narrative. We could keep as

    prose. But instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If not a list, we can use

. So we can keep as

. Requirements: list items: good communicator with ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience); happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them; positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations; experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment; legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within; at least 18 years old. We'll put as

      • . Skills: Could be communication, relationship building, problem solving, adaptability, MS Office, basic IT equipment. But those overlap with requirements. Maybe we can treat Skills as: communication, relationship building, problem solving, adaptability, MS Office, basic IT equipment. But we already have those in requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we can treat Requirements as eligibility and experience, and Skills as communication/MS Office etc. Let's split: Requirements: legally eligible to work in the country, at least 18 years old. Skills: good communicator, ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience); happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them; positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations; experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. That seems reasonable. Benefits: list items: Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends); Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation); 11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual); Competitive 401K Program, with a Company match; Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well); A quarterly bonus plan program; A bright and inspiring work environment; Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities; A professional workplace community (business casual attire required). Note: hourly rate $18.76 is pay, not benefit. Pay: hourly rate $18.76. Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, On-site at 1 W Winter St. Suite 200, Delaware, OH 43015. We should include location maybe in Schedule or About the role? The posting includes Work Location - On-Site (Not a Remote Position): 1 W Winter St. Suite 200 43015 Delaware Ohio. Could be part of Schedule. We'll include location in Schedule. Now produce HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:

        About the role

The world of work is changing…short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want… in over 120 countries across the globe! Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way.

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.

        Responsibilities

A typical day at IWG: You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive all throughout the morning. One asks you for a changed Wi-Fi code. Another wants to know if his important package has arrived. A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee? You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer. You make sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate. It’s time for a quick coffee break. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. The mail arrives. You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox. And that’s lunch! A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon. You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice. A customer in a team room says it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal. You’ve earned yourself another breather. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. Early afternoon, you sit down to organize next week’s networking event in your center - your City Manager is just a phone call / email away, if you need any guidance or assistance. You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the next person to enter the center is a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), so you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event - then you head back to finish putting up your posters. The day is coming to a close. Time to gently ask the large group in meeting room 3 to start wrapping up. You direct them to the nice restaurant you know around the corner, so they can grab a bite and continue their discussion. You ensure
