Role Overview

The Part-Time Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth mental health services, focusing on delivering high-quality care to improve clients' wellbeing. They collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service delivery, develop treatment plans, and advocate for participants' needs. The role involves conducting at least 15 sessions weekly, documenting care, participating in team meetings, and staying current with clinical advancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed in LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and building virtual therapeutic relationships
• Experience treating diverse conditions within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively remotely in a private, secure environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
