About the role
The Nurse Manager oversees the safe and efficient operation of assigned departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. The role involves implementing strategic goals, managing daily operations, and developing program objectives to optimize patient outcomes. You will communicate with medical staff to develop and review protocols, policies, and emergency procedures, and lead change initiatives to improve care quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 3–5 years of acute care experience with at least 1 year in the specialty area
- Management experience
- Valid Multi-State RN License
- BLS CPR certification (mandatory)
- Additional department-specific certifications (completed during orientation)
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
