Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to mothers and newborns
• Conduct thorough assessments and manage pain and recovery
• Monitor postpartum complications
• Support breastfeeding and newborn care
• Educate families on discharge and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and lactation consultants to ensure comprehensive patient care
