About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
• Promote patient‑ and family‑centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; RN licensure; no prior experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; 2+ years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; safety awareness is essential.
