Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

Role Overview Join a collaborative pharmacy team responsible for advancing patient care through medication management, patient counseling, and supporting a multidisciplinary environment. The role involves clinical and operational duties, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy, supervising supportive personnel, and providing drug information and education to staff and patients. Key Responsibilities Manage workflow and oversee technicians, interns, and volunteers, ensuring compliance with regulations.Participate in departmental meetings and committees.Serve as a medication therapy resource, evaluating medication orders for appropriateness based on patient condition.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety within medication use processes.Document activities and communication related to medication management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervisory experience not required.Licensed as a Pharmacist (RPh) with Medication Therapy Services certification in MO.Strong knowledge of medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
