Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

Role Overview Seeking a licensed pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, clinically oriented environment. The role involves assessing, monitoring, initiating, and modifying medication use based on patient needs, ensuring accurate dispensing, and resolving medication-related issues. The pharmacist will supervise support staff, participate in departmental meetings, and serve as a medication therapy resource for staff education and care transitions.
