Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

Role Overview Seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality patient care within a community hospital setting. Key responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, initiating, and modifying medication therapy based on patient conditions and age-specific criteria. The role involves ensuring accurate medication preparation and dispensing, resolving medication-related issues, supervising support staff, and educating patients to promote optimal drug therapy.
