Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication outcomes and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pharmaceutical care and support pharmacy operational services
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication therapy
• Contribute to patient safety and medication management
• Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
• Preferred: 1+ year acute care hospital pharmacy experience or completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills
