Part-Time Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Gyn/Chemotherapy Center

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with an interprofessional team is essential to develop and communicate individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications and Skills

RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred). Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with oncology and chemo certification preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a healthcare setting.

Schedule

Located on the 13th Floor in a specialized cancer center, the role offers a supportive environment with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The position is PRN and supports the delivery of compassionate, timely chemotherapy care within a top-ranked hospital recognized for nursing excellence and cancer treatment.
