Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Gyn/Chemotherapy Center

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an outpatient oncology setting, focusing on chemotherapy administration, assessment, planning, and evaluation within nursing standards. Ensures patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Promotes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Maintains a safe, compassionate, and timely environment for patients receiving gynecologic cancer treatments.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: Less than 2 years of experience in oncology
• Preferred: Chemotherapy certification
