Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Gyn/Chemotherapy Center

Role Overview Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and cultural needs. Demonstrates strong critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient health. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree minimum, Bachelor's preferred.At least 2 years of RN experience, preferably with oncology and chemo certification.No supervisory experience necessary.Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.Ability to work safely and alertness as a safety-sensitive position. Additional Details Clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.Location on the 13th Floor in the Center for Advanced Medicine.
