Part-Time Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Gyn/Chemo Center

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while actively participating in professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.Communicates effectively across care continuum to ensure coordinated treatment.Contributes to a safe environment and supports quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of RN experience, oncology experience, chemo certification.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Additional Information: This is a PRN role with clinic hours Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays. Located on the 13th floor of an advanced medical center.
