Part Time Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards, primarily for pediatric dialysis patients. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.Licenses: Active RN license.Experience: No minimum required, but 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.Skills: Critical assessment, patient education, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
