Part Time - Clinical Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and barriers.
• Maintains a safety-sensitive approach, working alertly to ensure safe practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license required.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
