Part Time - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.RN licensure is mandatory.Experience is not required; however, 2 years of experience is preferred. Additional Requirements: Must have Operating Room (OR) experience. The role involves responding to calls within a 45-minute window, with scheduled call duties once per week and every 7-8th weekend.
