About the Role
A Tag Heuer Client Advisor is a performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques and collaboration.
- Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on individual KPIs while delivering memorable in-store experiences and services.
- Supports colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
- Maintains an omnichannel sales mindset to ensure the best client experience across all touchpoints.
- Proposes new ideas to develop sales, such as merchandising, events, and product mix.
A Client Development Specialist who leverages all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
- Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Achieves individual clienteling objectives (e.g., number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments) using provided tools.
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages it to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Communicates the brand story, DNA, advantages, and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
An active contributor to operational excellence who respects retail and administrative processes on the floor.
- Contributes to daily processes under Boutique management supervision (inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing).
- Properly leverages tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performs visual merchandising (VM).
- Coordinates aftersales operations until the watch is returned.
- Applies all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues).
- Contributes to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Assists in store maintenance and ensures compliance with internal control policies.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Understand and meet sales KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales volume/value, average selling price (ASP), and sales mix.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling, leveraging digital tools and data.
- Maintain knowledge of Brand DNA, history, collections, and retail procedures.
- Use front and back-office tools effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and detail-oriented.

Pay
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour plus commission and bonus target.
