Part Time Child Care Site Supervisor - PNO

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff for day/night services (Parents Night Out) and other collaborations for weekend services as needed.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Direct Care Staff for weekend programs.
• Communicate effectively with the Family Support Services Manager to ensure adequate child-to-staff ratios; create child and classroom assignments.
• Ensure implementation of curriculum for weekend services (Parents Night Out).
• Plan and organize daily activities in accordance with curriculum for weekend services, summer and holiday camps, and other collaborations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and respect for property at the location.
• Complete Developmental Checklists for weekend programs and summer camps.
• Submit purchase orders with approval of the Family Support Services Manager and obtain approved items.
• Provide weekly updates to the Family Support Services Manager to ensure smooth operation of weekend services, summer and holiday camps, and external programs.
• Maintain and decorate camp rooms, Parents Night Out rooms, and other external collaboration spaces.
• Maintain all student files, documentation, site protocols, and Procare attendance records.
• Ensure proper and timely completion of paperwork such as timesheets, schedules, behavior logs, incident reports, work orders, and supply requests.
• Report all incidents and emergencies to the Family Support Services Manager.
• Serve as a model and mentor for others, emphasizing conduct, attitude, and attendance.
• Attend required trainings to maintain Site Supervisor status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Part-Time – 4 hours per week (Friday 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
