Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers for in-home care services for seniors and disabled individuals. Our office in Midtown Sacramento provides caregivers to the local area.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care ranging from companionship to complex cases involving chronic disease, stroke, or recovery from surgery.
• Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility in skill level and personality.
• Schedule caregivers for as many or as few hours as desired.
• Receive regular recognition and shift bonuses for fill-in work.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private).
• Able to work legally in the US and be at least 18 years old.
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to use a smartphone for EVV and caregiver notes.
• Pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting.
• Negative TB screening within the last 90 days.
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry.
• Compassionate, understanding, flexible, and a desire to help others.
