About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for taking and delivering orders to guests while ensuring prompt and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and deliver food and beverages following established service standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies; advise guests accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
• Handle cash and tickets properly, address guest complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate relevant equipment and collaborate with other departments during events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting team efforts and maintaining confidentiality.
