A skilled in-house carpenter for a basement remodeling company, responsible for crafting custom pieces, completing home renovation projects, and ensuring high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team to create custom cabinetry, shelving, and furniture
• Construct and install framing, drywall, trim, and finishes
• Work with project management to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
• Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures
• Keep work area organized and safe
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
