Part Time - Carpenter

About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on modular construction for multi-family housing. As a technician line assembler, you will follow safety policies, communicate with supervisors, and assemble building components based on work orders.

Responsibilities vary by area, including framing, electrical wiring, drywall finishing, plumbing, HVAC installation, painting, and final cleaning. You may cross-train across multiple duties to support team flexibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform demanding tasks
• Experience in construction or related fields preferred
• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Comfort with using hand and power tools

Pay

Salary ranges from $22 to $29 per hour.

Schedule

Work primarily indoors, with some outdoor yard work as needed.
