About the role
Join a specialized marine construction team focused on building and restoring docks, seawalls, piers, and shoreline structures for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform marine construction tasks under supervision, such as shaping, cutting, and erecting timber and installing concrete forms.
- Safely operate power tools and lifting equipment, assist with concrete placement, and perform layout work.
- Rig and signal for heavy loads, working in confined or elevated spaces, often in challenging weather conditions.
- Additional duties related to construction site safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years of marine construction experience, including form work, pile driving, and installing sheet piles and steel or concrete piles.
- Skills in steel welding, equipment operation, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety.
