Part Time - Carpenter

About the role

Join a dynamic construction team as a skilled carpenter, responsible for layout, construction, installation, and repair of structures on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures such as framing, doors, and fixtures
• Reading blueprints and specifications to determine materials and procedures
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with hand and power tools
• Ensuring work meets quality standards and complies with building codes
• Collaborating with site teams to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment following safety policies and OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction and skilled trades experience, preferably in commercial settings
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if needed
