Part Time - Carpenter

About the role

Perform tasks related to new construction and restoration of docks, seawalls, retaining walls, boatlifts, decks, and shoreline structures for various marine and shoreline projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape, cut, drill, and erect heavy timber components
• Install concrete forms and assist with reinforcement and grading
• Operate power tools and lifting equipment safely
• Conduct layout work, rigging, and signaling
• Safely handle heavy loads with crane assistance

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of marine construction experience with form work, pile driving, and construction of marine structures
• Skills in steel welding, operating power tools, and working at heights or in confined spaces

Qualifications
