About the role
Perform tasks related to new construction and restoration of docks, seawalls, retaining walls, boatlifts, decks, and shoreline structures for various marine and shoreline projects.
Responsibilities
- Shape, cut, drill, and erect heavy timber components
- Install concrete forms and assist with reinforcement and grading
- Operate power tools and lifting equipment safely
- Conduct layout work, rigging, and signaling
- Safely handle heavy loads with crane assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years of marine construction experience with form work, pile driving, and construction of marine structures
- Skills in steel welding, operating power tools, and working at heights or in confined spaces
Qualifications
Ideal candidates demonstrate grit, resilience, teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills. Must prioritize safety, teamwork, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
