Part Time Caregiver for Teen

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in their homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and encouraging Recipients in their daily lives
• Helping Recipients build new skills and engage in activities
• Encouraging Recipients to participate in community events and activities
• Adhering to care plans and ensuring safety and well-being
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
