Schedule & Pay
Full-time position, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM. Pay rate: $9.00 per hour with opportunities for approved overtime. Site location: Lewisville/Flower Mound, TX. A current driver's license with at least one year of driving history without restrictions is required.
Responsibilities
- Help people grow, learn, and live well through rewarding, person‑centered care
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Exercise ownership and trust from leaders to do what's right for participants
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
