About the Role
- Small-team feel with responsive supervisors who know your name and celebrate client feedback
- Opportunity for full-time work or CNA certification support if desired
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and tidy living spaces
- Handle light laundry
- Support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches
- Provide medication reminders and note wellness changes
- Offer meaningful companionship through conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or commitment to earn within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols
- Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching the lives of older adults
