Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential. Effective communication with families and care teams is vital to ensure quality care. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills This position offers paid training and opportunities for career growth.
