Part-Time Care Coordinator (CMA)

Description

At TimeDoc Health, we aim to help patients with chronic conditions stay healthier and more connected to their care. We're seeking a compassionate, bilingual Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients, and making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential required
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written communication)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred
• Care coordination, case management, call center, triage, or geriatric experience is a plus

Schedule

• 8-29 hours per week
• PREFERRED schedule between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
• Flexible 4-hour shift options available: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET
• One weekend per month required
• MUST be available to work at least 2 holidays per year

Remote Work Requirements

• Private home office free from distractions
• Company laptop and software provided
• Second monitor required
• Reliable internet with upload speeds of at least 100 Mbps
• Satellite internet and mobile hotspots are NOT compatible with this role
