About the role

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.

Schedule

The role may involve shifts of 2-12 hours, days or nights.
