Seeking a registered nurse for a part-time role in an 18-bed cardiac unit specializing in cardiac and vascular patient care. Responsibilities Include Assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and health history dataDeveloping and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomesProviding appropriate care based on disease severity and patient needsOverseeing ancillary staff and coordinating patient care activitiesIdentifying educational opportunities and delivering patient/family educationDocumenting care in patient records and communicating concerns to the healthcare team Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredValid RN license in the state; BCLS certification requiredNew graduates eligible; hospital experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, initiative, and stress management skills Key Attributes: Professional accountability, independent judgment, ability to handle stressful environments, and collaborative teamwork.
