Part Time Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within high-risk cardiac units, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual preferences.Supports a healing environment by educating patients and families, and promoting safety and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: RN license, Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience, especially in telemetry or cardiac care.Ability to work safely and maintain constant alertness, with strong communication and assessment skills.
