Role Overview: Responsible for creating a positive, customer-focused work environment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and assisting with in-store, phone, and online orders. Key Responsibilities Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagementAccurately operate and train others on POS, handle cash, conduct safe audits, and manage change dropsGreet customers warmly and assist with product selection and sales techniquesEnsure compliance with legal requirements and company policiesAssist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandiseMaintain visual merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanlinessUphold a positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment Qualifications & Skills Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields preferredReliable, punctual, and trustworthy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredAbility to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reachingReliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
