What You’ll Do
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
- Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
- Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
- Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
- Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
- Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
- Must pass a background check (CORI)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn

- Store Hours: Monday: 8AM–5PM Tuesday: 8AM–9PM Wednesday: 8AM–9PM Thursday: 9AM–9PM Friday: 8AM–10PM Saturday: 8AM–10PM Sunday: 8AM–9PM Open availability required (we schedule fairly and with flexibility)
