Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
  • Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
  • Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
  • Build relationships with customers, identifying the perfect gown in the first three try-ons.
  • Set future appointments and follow up with customers to ensure they have the best experience.
  • Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization options.
  • Assist in setting up appointments for alterations and personalization services.
  • Maintain proper measurements and enter them into the system to minimize returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store to provide a flawless shopping experience.
  • Report any broken or damaged equipment to store management.
  • Maintain high dress code standards.
  • Offer loyalty and partners programs to support and promote one-stop shopping for all life events.
  • Analyze and decide on customer questions, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as assigned.
  • Support the store team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Accurately clock in and out for all scheduled shifts, breaks, and meals.
  • Follow all loss prevention and security policies.
  • Develop self and others by focusing on own development and learning, completing required myLearning courses, and sharing sales expertise.
  • Actively support the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Complete all required myLearning courses within the first 90 days and remain current with myLearning Curriculum Competencies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

  • Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. The starting rate of pay offered will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, training, and/or experience, and internal equity.

Schedule

Part-time schedule is available. Please note that the exact schedule will be determined during the hiring process.
