Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service, achieving sales goals and productivity by following the 5-Step Selling Process.
• Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and setting future appointments.
• Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization options.
• Set up appointments for alterations and ensure proper measurements are taken.
• Maintain store standards and report any broken or damaged equipment to management.
• Adhere to the dress code and offer loyalty programs to customers.
• Analyze and decide on customer questions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned, supporting the store team's goals.
• Support cash wrap behaviors and processes, confirming contact information and scheduling future appointments.
• Complete required training and share sales expertise with fellow stylists.
• Manage change and perform duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and prior experience with computerized POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer obsessed. Must have the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks requiring hand and arm movement.

Skills

Customer service skills, product knowledge, computer literacy, and the ability to adapt to new processes and behaviors.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate, with the starting rate of pay offered varying based on factors including position, location, training, and experience.

Schedule

Part-time schedule available.
