Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
• Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships with customers, identifying the perfect gown/dress in the first three try-ons.
• Set and follow up on future appointments, promoting alterations and personalization services.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate the importance of alterations and offer loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer questions and provide product/service information.
• Manage performance by achieving sales productivity standards and add-on goals.
• Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned, supporting the store team.
• Complete required training and share sales expertise with colleagues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty stores, and experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer-focused.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Good vision, hearing, and ability to use computers and electronic devices.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and styles.
• Proficiency with computerized POS systems.

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors like position, location, training, and experience.
