Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, adapt style to suit, and communicate clearly.
- Manage customer flow using systems like Appointments/Customers/Point of Sale.
- Research and enthusiastically communicate information to customers using iPad tools.
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously, contributing to the store’s 5-Star Customer Service.
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites, and fitting rooms.
- Welcome customers, ask questions, listen to understand needs, and strive to identify the perfect gown/dress in the first three try-ons.
- Set future appointments aligned with customer needs, follow up, and promote alterations services.
- Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered into events, minimizing returns and exchanges.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and organization, to support a flawless shopping experience.
- Report broken or damaged equipment to management.
- Maintain high dress code standards.
- Offer loyalty and partners program to support one-stop shopping for all life events.
- Analyze and make decisions by responding promptly to customer questions and providing product/service information.
- Manage performance by achieving hourly sales productivity standards, utilizing the 5-Step Selling Process, and supporting cash wrap behaviors.
- Complete special order dresses, achieve add-on goals, and set return appointments for the complete wedding party.
- Become the trusted advisor by completing training and building product knowledge and fashion trend expertise.
- Strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by exceeding sales targets.
- Execute new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as assigned.
- Perform duties and tasks as assigned by store management, including promotion setup, merchandising, markdowns, and inventory counts.
- Achieve sales, service, and operational goals by actively supporting the store team.
- Accurately clock in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
- Follow loss prevention and security policies.
- Develop self and others by focusing on own development, celebrating successes, sharing expertise, and capitalizing on feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
- Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.
Qualifications
- Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer obsessed.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- See up close and at a distance, use peripheral vision and depth perception, and use computers and electronic devices for long periods.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of bridal gown/fashion trends.

Pay
The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. The starting rate of pay offered will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, training, and/or experience, and internal equity.
