Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, adapt styles to suit, and communicate clearly.
- Manage customer flow using systems like Appointments/Customers/Point of Sale.
- Use iPad tools to research and enthusiastically share information with customers.
- Ensure exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously, contributing to 5-Star Customer Service goals.
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites, and fitting rooms.
- Build relationships by welcoming customers, asking questions, and understanding their needs.
- Strive to identify the perfect gown/dress in the first three try-ons.
- Set future appointments aligning to customer needs and follow up to remind.
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization options.
- Partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments and ensure proper measurements.
- Achieve 80% conversion of brides to Alterations appointments.
- Maintain store standards, dress code, and offer loyalty programs.
- Analyze and decide promptly on all customer inquiries, meeting or exceeding satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize the 5-Step Selling Process to consistently achieve 65% platform conversion and add-on goals.
- Manage the complete wedding party, including Bridesmaids, Mother-of-the-Bride, and Flower Girl.
- Become a trusted advisor by completing training and building product knowledge.
- Strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by exceeding sales targets.
- Execute new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as assigned.
- Support the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Accurately clock in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
- Follow loss prevention and security policies.
- Develop self and others through continuous learning and sharing expertise.
- Actively support the team and celebrate successes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and prior experience with computerized POS systems are preferred.
Qualifications
Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer obsessed. Must have the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and use peripheral vision and depth perception. Must be able to see up close and at a distance, use a computer and electronic devices for long periods, and communicate effectively.
Skills
Customer service skills, product knowledge, ability to manage multiple customers, and proficiency with computerized POS systems.

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position, location, training, and experience.
