Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
  • Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brands' policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
  • Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing accurate sizing advice and maintaining store standards.
  • Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines and visual techniques.
  • Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in company trainings focusing on compliance, product knowledge, process improvement, talent development, and company initiatives.
  • Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
  • Provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
  • Support a professional and positive work environment, championing company core values and contributing to a cohesive and inclusive team atmosphere.

Requirements

A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate the sales floor and dressing rooms, lift up to 30 lbs., and work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).

Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and store personnel, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and operating a register for extended periods, is essential.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and colleagues, and to uphold company policies and guidelines, is also required.
